MashAllah with Shaykh Nurjan's blessings, Water Well details are:

US Order no. 54224 - Well no. 5098 - This well is installed in Village Zahid Koharo Jacobabad, Sindh. Dedicated by Samira Sophia Khan and Aliana Sarena Khan.
