🚚 KEEP THE TRUCKS MOVING — HELP US FEED FAMILIES IN NEED 🇨🇦
Every week, volunteers of Fatima Zahra Helping Hand (FZHH) rescue thousands of pounds of fresh, nutritious food that might otherwise go to waste—including fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, meat, and baked goods.
Our volunteers collect the food, bring it to our warehouse, carefully sort and prepare it, and then distribute it to families with children, seniors, individuals with special needs, and others facing hardship.
🍎 Food that could have been wasted becomes meals on family tables.
🥛 Fresh dairy reaches seniors and individuals struggling with rising living costs.
🥩 Meat, fruits, vegetables, and baked goods help families provide nutritious meals for their children.
But none of this happens without transportation.
🚚 PLEASE HELP US KEEP THE TRUCKS MOVING!
Every pickup requires vehicles, fuel, insurance, maintenance, storage, and volunteers. The more support we receive, the more food we can rescue—and the more people we can feed.
Under the guidance and inspiration of Shaykh Nurjan Mirahmadi QS, FZHH strives to put faith into action by serving those who need a helping hand.
